The Brighton & Hove Faerie Event

Previous events...... Unfortunately I was unable to exhibit at The Goddess Festival in Canterbury in July 2010 as planned, due to unexpected illness. I was sad to have missed this fantastic event but looking forward to exhibiting at the next event! I had a magical weekend exhibiting at The Magical Faerie Festival in Canterbury! It was a fantastic weekend where I met up with familiar faeries and met lots of lovely new folk too! It is always so uplifting to connect with like-minded people and the range of talent is outstanding. The event began on Good Friday with a Faerie Ball held at the Abode Hotel where Faerie Folk dressed in every colour of the rainbow joined for a magical evening of music by Folk singer Feorin and Goth Rock band Inkubus Sukkubus! The Festival then kicked off on saturday with a Faerie Parade through Canterbury High Street which inlcuded the Pentacle Drummers, Belly Dancers and a whole variety of people in amazing costumes! I joined in carrying a large mushroom! The rest of the weekend was held in the Westgate Hall which became a Faery Market with artists, crafters, musicians, clothing and much more! I enjoyed the whole experience and it was great to meet so many wonderful people. I was honored to finally meet the beautiful Priscilla Hernandez, a very talented singer/songwriter and illustrator from Spain. I also had the pleasure to meet artist Judy Masrangelo from the USA who was so lovely.
28th and 29th November 2009: *Faerie and Fantasy Arts and Crafts* The Flavel, Dartmouth. I previously attended the Faerie and Fantasy Arts event which was amazing! I met many wonderful people and had an amazing experience, as well as having the honour to exhibit alongside the famous Frouds, plus many other great artists and craftspeople. It was also a great pleasure to share my art with people and sign the Magical Festival calendars!
15th & 16th August 2009: I had an amazing time at the Goddess Festival! I met some fantastic people and it's always a pleasure to beable to share my art and know that people enjoy it :) It was an honour to be alongside some of the best artists in the Faery World...Linda Ravenscroft and Josephine Wall. My first time exhibiting at a show! A wonderful day with a magical atmosphere! My artwork 'Jack in the Green' was used on the flyers and programme.
