ON-LINE ORDERING
This website uses the paypal ordering and payment system that is easy and secure to use. You do not need a paypal account to use this service. To place an order, simply browse any of the product pages, choose your items (and option from the drop down menu) and click on the add to cart button next to the item. You will then be taken to your paypal shopping cart. From here you may continue shopping or proceed to checkout. You will also find a view cart button at the bottom of each product page which allows you to review your cart at any time.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Esther Remmington Art is based in the United Kingdom. If you are ordering from overseas, please note that the postage costs may be higher than those stated. Place your order as normal and you will be contacted if the postage costs differ. We recommend Signed For Recorded Delivery method for overseas customers.
PAYMENT METHODS
We currently only accept paypal payments for ease and security for both parties. You do not need a paypal account to use our service.
DISPATCH TIME
Your order will usually be dispatched within 5 working days. Most of the items listed are currently in stock and ready for dispatch, however, some items may need to be made to order. If your item(s) are out of stock at the time of ordering, you will be notified. Whilst we always endeavour to dispatch your items asap, delivery times are dependant on the shipping method.*
PACKAGING
Your order(s) will be carefully and securely packaged to reach you in perfect condition. Prints will be shipped flat unless otherwise stated. We use clear cello and bubblewrap to protect your items and package in an envelope, brown paper or box as appropriate.
Where possible, we will use recycled packaging.
SHIPPING FEES
The postage and packaging fees you are charged are to cover the cost of the chosen shipping method and the cost of secure packaging to ensure your item arrives safely. The postage costs listed are for First Class Royal Mail deliveries within the UK. If you would prefer your order to be shipped Signed For Recorded, please contact us and we will provide the cost. For shipping overseas please see INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS info above.
SHIPPING METHODS
The default shipping method is for First Class Royal Mail services. This option is the cheapest method but is not tracked or insured. For items over £30 we recommend using Signed For Recorded Delivery. We also recommend this for overseas customers. If you prefer this or another method of shipping, please contact us for further details.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
If you are not 100% happy with your item(s) and wish to return them, please follow our return policy as below:
* First, please contact us using the contact form in the right hand side menu. Please do this within one week of receiving your order and describe the reason for your return.
* We will reply with further information. You will be expected to return the order as you received it at your cost.
* Once we get the items back in the same condition you received them in, we will issue a full refund for the original item prices. Please note we do not not refund the initial shipping cost or the return shipping cost.
*If you don't follow this policy, we will still try and resolve your problem but may not be able to give you the full refund. Thank you!
